What is in your mind when you hear about culture? You will directly think about the uniforms, foods and the dancers of your country, aren’t you? The culture is not telling about the part of the country only, but an organization also has its own culture. It is important to the organization to have its own culture because every organization needs to show the uniqueness of the itself. What are the values or beliefs that they put in their organization to become organization’s foundation to affect the performance of the organization and the behavior of the members. If the organization has not foundation, they can’t grow up. Therefore, the culture of the organization also affects the satisfaction of the members and the customers.
What is your first impression when you see the promotion of Iphone 7 with discount 90%? It will catch your attention to buy it without think twice. Same as the culture of the company automatically affects the first impression of the people. Therefore, if the culture of the organization is not clear enough, peoples will not interest with the organization. Without culture, we can’t know how to differentiate one organization with another organization and the goals of the organization. The organization without culture is like car without tires. Stay in the road but can’t go to anywhere.
Nowadays, there are so many businesses that are developed day by day. But, not every business in this world is successful. They have different visions, missions and also the performances. They have their own culture. Maintain the culture of the organization is not easy. It is easy for you to make the visions and mission in the piece of paper. Therefore, maintain the culture of the organization also important to make a good result from the organization. Not only people will be satisfied with our organization, but also the members of the organization will be satisfied and comfortable with the organization.

Some business has the uniqueness to interact people’s attention to use their products or services. In Jabodetabek, you know and maybe already use the services of “Go-Jek” to do whatever you need to do if you are busy or lazy to go out to buy those things. Now in President University also have that kind of services. C.U.S. is continuation of “Call Us Satisfied”. C.U.S is the project of Entrepreneur subject in President University, Business Administration batch 2014. The system of this business is like Go-Jek but only provide for President University’s students, lecturers, and staff in dormitory and kostan area or at the campus area with limited reachable area. Not only provide food delivery, they also provide for the services like: printing, laundry, shopping and gallon delivery.

The CEO of C.U.S., is Tsai Kimsiung (Wealth Planning 2014). He made that kind of business as his group project , because he saw the people at dormitory who are lazy to buy the food, or lazy to get out from their dorm. And if the student is ordering something such as food, the restaurant do the delivery services but they only delivery it until ‘east gate’ but they do not delivery it until student’s room, hence the student have to walk to east gate to get their food or thing. However, if we order in C.U.S they will directly deliver our order in front of our room. They offer professional service even though they are still students.
The vision of C.U.S. is:
Help people (customer) to fulfill their needs
And the missions are:
Create the fastest and comfortable service
Create the services that is memorable in the people’s heart
Create the delivery that is really in the specific area so the people no need to walk or get out from their room.
To maintain the values of this organization, the CEO do some bounding to the members of C.U.S. gather in the Dormitory at Saung B and became their “base camp” to maintain the relationship between another workers. The benefits of this business for the members are not lazy again because they have to work, get the experience, and more know each member, motivate another member and care each other. And to maintain the relation between the organization and customers, they also do fast respond and be kind to their costumer by providing good services through Line and when they meet the customer directly.

There are so many cultures of the organization. It depends on the member and the leader of the organization. To maintain the culture of the organization become a strong culture, the leader should take care of his or her employees, be responsible and discipline in the organization. Absolutely the organization will run well and your work will not end uselessly.
