Stress..
Everyone must be familiar with this word. Without realizing, we often said this word continuously when we feel pressured or when we face many problems in our life. Sometimes, even without knowing what stress is itself, we assume that we are feeling stress. For example, when a lecturer gives students an assignment, they already feel stress, although they haven’t started to do the assignment. Actually, stress is simply a reaction to a stimulus that disturbs our physical or mental equilibrium. (Adapted from https://www.psychologytoday.com) It is funny that when some women get stressed, they will eat a lot and then get stressed again because of their weight.

It is very short but it is not as easy as you think, right ? So, here are some solutions that might help you to manage your stress:
Provide a ME Time for yourself. Spend a time to relax from all of the activities and forgot all of your problems or concerns for a while. Remember, it’s ME Time! So, don’t let anyone interrupt you. Shuffle your playlist to live up your mood and spirit or read your favourite novel or comic book. For boys, DOTA or Clash of Clans might be your solution, right?
If you think that being alone won’t solve your stress, try mingle around with people you are comfortable with, such as your family or close friends. Go watch the latest movie or take a sip of your favourite latte at Starbucks. Pour out all of your problems to them as they can help to give solutions and cheer you up.
